When will I start seeing results?

It takes on average 30 days to build new habits, which is exactly the length of the BUILD program.

However, this is an introductory program to ease your way into a healthier lifestyle, and we recommend that you then sign up for our BOOST or TRANSFORM program for continuing to build an even more sustainable set of habits through more personalised coaching & support.

It takes 3-6 months to make changes and see concrete, measurable results in one or two areas of your health, for example Nutrition and Sleep.

The TITEOS programs have been built to fit everyone’s time, budget and lifestyle.
